Zucchini Noodles

Hi everyone, as we all know, you enjoy eating noodles a lot. However, if you’re following a strict diet, it just doesn’t make sense to eat noodles frequently because of their high carbohydrate content. Therefore, we’re going to try a novel kind of vegetable-flavored noodles now.

Method:

Step 1:

First, prep the zucchini by washing and trimming thoroughly using a vegetable peeler. Half-boil the zucchini noodles for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, roast the chicken breast in a pan with some salt and black pepper until it turns brown.

Step 2:

Add oil to the pan, add garlic, and stir-fry. Add onions and chilies with salt and black pepper powder. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then add the zucchini noodles. Remember not to overcook as it becomes mushy and soggy. Then add the chicken pieces with the zucchinis. Lastly, add some grated Parmesan cheese to enhance the creamy texture and parsley leaves for garnishing.
