Yummy and Crispy Air Fryer Cauliflower

Hey buddy, we’re sharing a delicious food item with you once more. Have you ever tried cauliflower that was fried? This time, we’re bringing you an air fryer recipe for a healthy snack. It can also be deep-fried. However, because it has fewer calories, air-frying is preferable for those on a diet. And I promise you the flavor will be amazing whether you deep fry or air fry. You may eat it as a snack or as a side dish with homemade tomato sauce or coriander chutney. Cauliflower cooked in an air fryer maintains its juicy interior and crispy exterior. That melting texture is there. Additionally, you can air fry the leaves and stem as they are also edible.

Method:

Step 1:

First, cut the cauliflower into pieces like we have done in our picture. Then add all the ingredients one by one and mix them well.

Step 2:

Assemble the cauliflower into the air fryer and put some oil on top of the cauliflower pieces. Fry it at 200°C or 390°F and cook for 15-16 minutes. Remember to flip the pieces every 5 minutes.
