Method:

Step 1:

First, boil the pasta with a little bit of salt and olive oil. I used penne pasta, but you can use any type of pasta. Boil for 10-12 minutes. Remove the pasta from the water. Save the water in which the pasta was boiled.

Step 2:

Next, put some butter in a pan. Add white flour and mix it with the butter. Then, add the cream to the butter and mix until the mixture thickens. Add salt and paprika powder to the cream. After cooking for 1 minute, add the boiled pasta to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Finally, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top, and your white cheesy pasta is ready.
