Vegetable Protein Salad

Hello friend, the term “salad” itself sounds gloomy, don’t you think? However, how about we add a little bit of extra flavor? Let’s prepare a veggie salad with protein. By adding eggs and chicken, it fulfills our need for protein while also enhancing the flavor of the fresh veggies.

Ingredients:

Method of Dressing:

Take a bowl and mix salt, 1 tsp olive oil, black pepper, and lemon juice properly.

Method:

Step 1:

To make this easy salad, first start by prepping the veggies by cutting them into pieces. Marinate the chicken breast with some salt and pepper, add some oil to the pan, and wait for 2-3 minutes to become hot. Then add the chicken pieces and cook on a low flame. After 10 minutes, add the veggies (except cucumber) to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes.

Step 2:

Cut the boiled eggs into pieces. Then mix with the cooked chicken and sautéed veggies. Add the dressing on top of the salad while mixing again. Finally, cut some mozzarella cheese or paneer into small pieces and mix with the salad. And here, the healthy vegetable protein salad is ready to enjoy.
