Vegetable Pickle

When you hear the word “PICKLE” the first thing that comes to mind is an unhealthy, oily combination. But pickles can also be made healthily. It is effortless to make yet gives a delish taste to your taste buds. Vegetable pickles are touted as “zero calories.” So you’re someone who wants to lose weight in a healthy way but also wants to have something yummy as a side dish for lunch or dinner. Then this is a perfect recipe for you.

Step 1:

Chop the veggies into small pieces. Mix all the veggies with the ingredients. Add olive oil, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, and black pepper. Then put the mixture in the hot, boiled water to half-boil the veggies.

Step 2:

After boiling on a low flame for 8–10 minutes, turn off the stove and let the mixture cool.

Step 3:

When the veggies are cool, add 3 tablespoons of vinegar and mix it well. Put all the mixed vegetables in an airtight jar. Leave for 12 hours at room temperature.

When it’s ready, serve it with the main dishes.
