Vegetable Clear Soup

Method:

Step 1:

First, cut all the vegetables and boil them for 4-5 minutes. Save the water used to boil the veggies.

Step 2:

Add the vegetable stew to a pan. Add all the sauces, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Lastly, add the vegetables to the stew and cook for 8-10 minutes. Mix the corn flour with water in another bowl. Add the mixture to the soup to thicken. Finally, the healthy vegetable clear soup is ready to serve.
