Vegan Fried Tofu

Step 1:
Let’s make the seasoning sauce first. Chop the chili and put it into a bowl. Add one egg, minced garlic, sugar, salt, tomato sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce together and mix well.

Step 2:
Cut the tofu into fine slices. Put olive oil into a pan and let it become hot. Add the tofu slices into the pan and fry until brown on both sides, about 5 minutes.

Step 3:
Add the seasoning sauce to the tofu and cook for 5 more minutes. Lastly, garnish the tofu with some sesame seeds and parsley leaves. And here, the tofu side dish is ready.
