Unique Noodles Pakora

An iconic fried food from Indian cuisine is pakora. For those who have grown tired of eating ordinary noodles, this recipe is a novel creation. It has a wonderfully crunchy outside and a soft interior. It contains various spices from India. Any type of vegetable can be added to improve the flavor. It might be your cheat meal or evening snack. You will definitely return to it after you sample it because it is that amazing. The taste gets better while it’s pouring outside.

Step 1:

First, boil some water in a pan and put the noodles into the boiling water. Boil for 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the onions and chilies.

Step 2:

After 4 minutes, remove the noodles from the water. Let them cool for a few minutes. Cool the noodles by soaking them in cold water. It will help with the texture of the noodles.

Step 3:

Now take a bowl, crack an egg, and add all the ingredients one by one and mix properly. If your noodles packet has any powder spice, add that too. Now take a pan and add the oil. After 2 minutes, take some mixture in your hand, spread it round and evenly as shown in the picture.

Step 4:

Now put the mixture in the oil. Cook for 5-8 minutes. Flip every 2 minutes to prevent burning. When it turns brown on both sides, remove it from the stove and put it on a plate. It’s ready to eat when it’s hot and crispy.
