Traditional Korean Kimchi

        SR Sreya

Hello everyone, today I’m going to serve kimchi, a typical side dish from Korea. I’m sure a lot of you have given it a try already. However, I’d like to provide you with my own version of this recipe. A special and healthful food, kimchi is made up of hot, salty vegetables. It is very nutritious and tasty. The hilarious saying, “The only thing better than kimchi is more kimchi,” comes from this.

Delicious.  Yummy.  Healthy.  Vegetable.

Method:

Step 1:

Cut the cabbage into even sizes, smear with some salt, and wait for 40-50 minutes. Meanwhile, take all the ingredients and blend them to make a kimchi sauce.

Step 2:

After 40 minutes, wash the cabbage with water. Then mix the sauce with the cabbage. Mix it properly. Then put it in an airtight container and leave it to ferment. After 2-3 days, it is ready to eat. And this is how I make my version of kimchi. If you want to make gochujang at home with handy ingredients, then click this homemade Korean gochujang sauce.
