Method:

Step 1:

First, boil the tomatoes for 5-6 minutes. After that, peel the skin off the tomatoes. Blend the boiled tomatoes with garlic and red chili. Make a fine puree.

Step 2:

Add some butter to a pan. Add the tomato puree into the pan along with 1 cup of water. Add the bean sprouts to the soup. Add salt and pepper, and cook for 10-12 minutes on medium to low heat. When the bean sprouts are well cooked, the healthy, easy tomato soup with bean sprouts is ready.
