Step 1:

First, cut the tamarind and remove the seeds and stems. Soak the dried chilies in water. Blend the tamarind and dried red chilies with some water to make a puree.

Step 2:

Add mustard oil and cumin seeds to the pan. Add the tamarind puree to the pan. Add all the spices, salt, sugar, and pepper to the mixture. Cook for 8-10 minutes on low heat. Here, an amazing tamarind dip is ready to indulge in with some delicious snacks.
