Step 1:

Cut the butternut squash into small, even pieces. Marinate it with salt and chili pepper.

Step 2:

Add butter to the fry pan, then add cumin, chopped garlic, and cumin seeds. Fry until the garlic turns brown. Then add the marinated butternut squash to the fry pan and fry for 10 more minutes. Add some coriander leaves on top, and it’s ready for you to enjoy.
