Simple Polao rice

Polao is a type of fried rice that is made with aromatic rice. Basmati or jasmine rice is perfect for this recipe. It’s simply fried with some ingredients to make it flavorful. It goes amazingly well with butter chicken, egg masala curry, or mutton curry, etc. It’s so easy to make. You can make this dish whenever you want to try something different.

Method:

Step 1:

First, put some butter in the pan and add onions and garlic paste. Sauté until the onions turn brown. Add the rice to the pan and fry it for 5–6 minutes. Then add salt and powdered milk to the rice.

Step 2:

When the rice is properly fried with butter, add the water. Add some dry fruits to the pan. Cover with a lid. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Flip the rice after a few minutes. When the rice is properly boiled, top with some fried onions.
