Sheer Khurma is a dessert dish from Pakistan. This is a special dish that is prepared during Eid occasions. It contains a lot of milk, dates, almonds, raisins, and dried fruits. It has high levels of saturated fats, calcium, and protein, among other nutrients. Sheer Khurma is a dessert that will melt in your mouth and make you happy. For many of us, a sweet, creamy, and nutty dessert is a must-have on special occasions.

Step 1:

First, put some butter in a pan and fry the dry fruits in the pan for 1-2 minutes. Then transfer the dry fruits from the pan into a bowl. Again, add the semai and fry until it gets brown, then transfer it into a bowl.

Step 2:

Add 2 cups of milk and start to boil. Add sugar to the milk and boil for 5-6 minutes. When the milk becomes thicker, add the dry fruits and semai to the pan. Cook for 5-6 more minutes. And finally, the dessert is ready.
