Meaty Vegetables

        SR Sreya

Let’s attempt a beef meal that is healthier. Although I adore steak, I am aware that red meat is bad for our hearts. However, what if we added some vegetables to it? This meal includes a good quantity of protein, minerals, dietary fiber, and vitamins. This is a fantastic side dish.

 Yummy.        Protein.        Delicious

Method:

Step 1:

First, chop the veggies into evenly square pieces and also chop the beef meat into the same sizes. Remember to wash it thoroughly before chopping.

Step 2:

Then put 2 tbsp of oil into the pan and let it become hot. Put all the veggies in to fry until they turn brown. Keep the veggies aside from the pan.

Step 3:

Add onions and stir-fry for 1 minute. Then add garlic-ginger paste with some cumin seeds. Stir continuously while adding all the spices one by one into the pan. Add 1 tbsp of water to the spices and cook for 2 minutes until the oil comes out from the masala. It will make your dish tastier.

Step 4:

Then add the beef to the masala and cover with a lid. Keep the flame on medium to high and cook for 10 minutes. Uncover the lid and add 1/2 cup of water. Cook for 10 more minutes.

Step 5:

When the water is absorbed and the meat is tender, put the veggies into the pan and mix well. Cook for five more minutes. After that, the recipe is complete. Serve it in a dish and enjoy it as a lunch.
