Mango Pickle

Mango pickles are a very interesting food. They play a significant role in Bengali and Indian cuisine. A mango pickle is a great accompaniment to bread or rice. It can also be a component of a specific curry recipe. The mangoes used in this pickle recipe are typically raw.

Step 1:

Cut the raw mangoes into small pieces. It’s better to soak the mango pieces in lime water. It will help with the texture. Soak for 10-15 minutes. After that, wash the mango pieces with water.

Step 2:

Add mustard oil to the pan. Add black seeds to the pan along with the mango pieces. Add the paprika powder, salt, and sugar and mix properly. Add 2 cups of water and cook for 20-25 minutes. Meanwhile, the mango pieces will become tender. And the mango pickle is ready.
