Mango chutney

Another sort of dip that can be used as a dip is mango chutney. You can also consume mango chutney with rice dishes or toast. The mango is a fruit with several uses. It’s something I try every time the mango season arrives at home. It also pairs nicely with other kinds of crispy snack foods. It tastes tart, sweet, and spicy. Come on, let’s prepare this simple dip.

Step 1:

First peel the skin of the mangoes and blend to make a fine paste. Add cumin seeds and mustard oil to the pan. Add the mango paste after that. One by one, add the sugar, salt, pepper, cumin powder, and turmeric powder. Simmer on low, medium to low heat for 12 to 15 minutes. Once the chutney has become brown. It’s prepared to eat with the main course.
