Step 1:

First, add some olive oil to the pan and wait for a few minutes. Meanwhile, marinate the chicken with a bit of salt, pepper, and garlic-ginger paste. Now grill the chicken pieces. When the chicken pieces turn slightly golden brown, transfer them to a plate.

Step 2:

Next, add butter to the pan. Put the garlic in the butter. When it’s slightly brown, add white flour and mix with the butter. Then add some cream and mix again with the garlic and butter.

Step 3:

When it becomes thicker, add the grilled chicken to the creamy sauce. Add salt and pepper and cook for 7-8 minutes. Lastly, add some lemon juice on top of the curry. And the yummy lemon garlic butter chicken is ready.
