Granola is an amazingly healthy breakfast option in the morning. It goes well with plain yogurt, flavored yogurt, or simply with some milk. It’s a light and ready-to-eat breakfast. Whenever I am in a rush, I just mix the granola with some skim milk, as this is my go-to breakfast. You can buy it from a grocery store, but you can easily save some money by making it at home, as it requires very little time and ingredients. Granola is unbelievably nutritious and healthy, as it contains good fats and various types of nutrients. Let’s figure out the crunchy granola recipe.

This granola is rich in good fats, fiber, and provides a good amount of protein, making it a nutritious and filling breakfast option. The micronutrient content is also notable, particularly for minerals like magnesium and potassium.

Method:

Step 1:

Take a big bowl and put oats and nuts in the bowl. Add salt, cinnamon powder, honey, and vanilla essence to the bowl and mix it up.

Step 2:

Now put the mixture into a pan and sauté on medium to low heat for 15 minutes until it gets crispy. Remember not to burn the granola.

Step 3:

When it’s done, transfer it back into the bowl and mix it with the dry fruits. When it cools down properly, put it in an airtight container. You can store it for 2-3 weeks.
