Homemade Hummus Without Tahini

If you’re talking about a healthy dip, hummus should be your first choice. No other dip can be as healthy as hummus. Homemade hummus is more nutritious without using tahini sauce. It’s filled with protein. This hummus can satisfy your dip cravings and is very easy and quick to make. You can have it with any healthy snack or chip.

Step 1:

Soak the chickpeas in the water overnight. Then peel off the skin from the chickpeas.

Step 2:

Sauté the chickpeas with onion, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, cumin, and garlic paste.

Step 3:

Give yourself some time to cool down. Then put the chickpeas in the blender and squeeze some lemon juice, salt, and water to blench them smoothly.
