Healthy Avocado Twistie Bread For Weight Loss

Bread toast with avocado is a very amazing combo. Avocado works very well for weight loss. It is studied that people who ate one avocado per day for six months maintained a stable body weight. It’s quite common, but you can make it more delicious with a few additions. Although avocado is rich in calories due to its fat content, it can still be a very good option as your main meal.

Step 1:

First, poach a sunny-side-up egg because the yolk makes the toast more delicious. Peel and cut the avocado into thin slices. Toast the bread.

Step 2:

Spread butter on the toast. Add the egg and then add the avocado on top of it. Add some salt and black pepper. You can add a pinch of oregano and sesame seeds for flavoring, though it’s totally optional.
