If you’re a fish lover, then this is a perfectly delicious yet healthy recipe for you. This amazing recipe is made with garlic and lemon juice, which is mixed with fish juices. Fish is already a healthy option for your diet, but if you make it with a healthy twist, it will blow your mind.

Step 1:

First, let’s prep all the ingredients. Prepare the fish fillets, chop the garlic cloves, cut the lemon, and squeeze the lemon juice.

Step 2:

Marinate the fish fillets with all the ingredients and the lemon juice. Add salt to taste, then let it settle for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, sauté the veggies over medium heat with some oil and salt.

Step 3:

Put some olive oil into the pan and wait for it to heat. Then add the fish fillets. Keep the flame on medium to low. After some time, you will see the fish juices coming out. Turn them over. After cooking for 20 minutes on low heat, the fillets are ready to serve. Garnish with some coriander leaves and sautéed veggies.
