Fresh Tuna Protein Salad

Fresh tuna protein salad is surely a nutritious recipe that is made from tuna chunks, boiled egg, beans, cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers. This fresh salad is loaded with a good amount of protein, carbohydrates, and several vitamins, minerals, etc. It gives me a fresh vibe whenever I eat this salad. It’s a quick recipe that can fill the tummy. It’s an amazing dinner option if someone is on a diet. I made it with boiled canned tuna, but you can make it with fresh raw tuna fish. I will share how I make it.

Method:

Step 1:

I first boil the potato, egg, and tuna in different pans with hot boiled water. Meanwhile, I make the salad dressing in a bowl. I add lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, and mix it well.

Step 2:

When the egg, tuna, and potatoes are boiled, cut them into even pieces. Also, chop the veggies into even sizes. Now, add the seasoning to the salad and mix it well. Now the tuna protein salad is ready to eat with fresh veggies.
