You may all love pancakes. It’s a very common type of breakfast. Today, the recipe that I am going to share with you is a unique type of pancake. It’s a little spicy and savory kind of pancake. Anyone can make it as it requires only a few handy ingredients. I have it for breakfast so often whenever I don’t feel like having something sweet in the early morning. These crispy, spicy, and delicious egg pancakes help me feel more energetic early in the morning. You can enjoy this delicious breakfast with garlic mayo, homemade hummus, mint chutney, or tamarind chutney. Let’s make it.

Step 1:

First, take the flour into a bowl, add all the spices one by one. Finally, crack an egg into the mixture and mix properly with a spatula.

Step 2:

Put some oil into the pan, wait for 2 minutes to become hot. Add the mixture with the help of a round spoon. Fry both sides until it gets brown and crispy. Fry for 6-7 minutes. When it’s done, transfer it to a plate.
