Egg massala curry

Egg masala curry is a delicious dish from Asian cuisine. It is cooked with different veggies and eggs combined with spices. It is made from boiled eggs. It tastes delicious with bread or rice. This recipe is such a fulfilling and unique item compared to our regular egg recipes. It also tastes good with pulao rice and chicken biryani. When I don’t have the energy to cook much, I make this dish, as it requires less time.

Easy.    Delicious.     Protein.

Notes:

This nutritional profile provides a good source of protein, vitamins, and minerals, making the dish not only tasty but also nourishing. The high protein content comes primarily from the eggs, while the vegetables and spices contribute to the fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants.

Ingredients:

Method:

Step 1:

The first step is to boil the eggs for 7-8 minutes on high heat. We want hard-boiled eggs. Meanwhile, chop the veggies. When the eggs are boiled, peel the shells.

Step 2:

Add some mustard oil to the pan, and fry the boiled eggs with a pinch of salt. When the eggs turn golden brown, remove them from the pan.

Step 3:

Now put some more oil in the pan and add the onions. Add salt and paprika powder to the onions and cook for a few minutes. Then add the tomato and bell peppers to the onions and cook for 2-3 minutes more. Add the other spices along with 1 cup of water.

Step 4:

Cook the veggies for 2 minutes more. Now add the eggs. Cook for 6–8 minutes. When it’s done, transfer the curry into a bowl and enjoy the curry as a side dish with your lunch.
