Step 1:

Add some oil to the pan and let it become hot. After a few minutes, add some onions and garlic to the pan. Sauté the onions for a few minutes. Add tomatoes to the pan, and add other spices one by one: salt, paprika, and black pepper.

Step 2:

Add 1/3 cup of water to the pan. Cook until the tomatoes melt with the masala. Now add the eggs to the dish. Remember not to scramble them; they should look like poached eggs. Cover with a lid and cook for 2 more minutes. And it’s finally done to enjoy with bread.
