Delish Potato Pancakes

Step 1:

First, peel the skin of the potatoes after washing. Then grate the potatoes with the help of a grater. Then take a kitchen cloth or tissue and squeeze the water from the potatoes to make them completely dry.

Step 2:

Take a bowl and add the potatoes. Crack an egg and add all the spice ingredients one by one. Mix it properly. Then make a round shape with the help of your hand.

Step 3:

Put olive oil into the pan and wait for 2 minutes. Then put the potato pancakes one by one. Fry for 2-3 minutes, then flip and fry again for 2-3 minutes. After 10 minutes, when the pancake turns a nice golden color, it’s ready to serve. Enjoy it with homemade garlic mayo or homemade tomato sauce.
