Delicious Mango Pudding

Mango! Mangos are the world’s tastiest fruit, in my opinion. How about we pamper our stomachs with a delicious mango pudding? This pudding has a hint of mango and is incredibly creamy and milky. Mango is our main ingredient in this dish. It is bursting with calcium, vitamin B6, and other nutrients. Let’s figure out a quick way to get there.

Step 1:


First, boil the milk with condensed milk and let it cool for a few minutes. Meanwhile, cut the mango and blend it to make a mango puree.

Step 2:


After the milk has cooled, crack an egg into it. Try to use an egg that is at room temperature. Now mix properly with a beater for 2-3 minutes. Then add the mango puree and cinnamon powder into the mixture and mix properly with the help of a spatula.

Step 3:


Now preheat the oven for 5 minutes. Put the mixture into a mold and place it in the oven for 45 minutes at 200°C.

Step 4:


When the pudding is ready, use a knife or toothpick to see if the pudding has baked properly. Then let it cool at room temperature for half an hour. Finally, add whipped cream on top to enhance the taste. Lastly, garnish the mango pudding with some cut mango.
