Crunchy Vegetable Shawarma Wrap

A vegan meal doesn’t have to be boring, as always. Vegetable shawarma is a very good option. It is so fulfilling with its crunchy texture. As it contains few calories and gives you energy simultaneously for the carb content present in the recipe, vegetable shawarma can serve as a lunch dinner or a brunch meal. So easy to make also requires handicraft ingredients.

Method:

Step 1:

I chopped the veggies (baby spinach, coriander, onions, cucumber, capsicum, and green chilies) and boiled the egg.

Step 2:

Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the pan and sauté the onion, capsicum, green chilies, and shredded cabbage. Add 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and the spices. After sautéing for 8 minutes on low heat, turn off the stove.

Step 3:

Take one pita bread and spread some homemade garlic mayo, then put the sautéed veggies with a boiled egg, and add the cucumber slices and avocado (remember to use cucumber and avocado raw for the crunchy texture). Lastly, serve it with some Homemade Hummus if you want.
