A delicious snack food that is high in vegetables, vitamins, and protein is crispy fish fingers. Children who refuse to eat fish should try this snack recipe. The exterior is crispy, and the interior is tender. The flavor of this recipe is subtle. This is a delicious fish recipe. Please just do what I say.

Method:

Step 1:

First, wash the fish with water thoroughly. Then blend it with some onions and garlic in a blender to make a smooth paste.

Step 2:

Add all the ingredients, spices, veggies, chilies, and one egg, except the oil, and mix everything properly with the help of a spatula. Then take some of the mixture and shape it into fingers with the help of your hands just like I did in the picture.

Step 3:

Crack another egg in a bowl and mix some salt. Take another bowl and put the bread crumbs in it. Now coat the fish fingers with the egg and then the bread crumbs. Finally, they are ready to deep fry. Enjoy them with homemade garlic mayo to enhance the taste.
