Creamy Fettuccine Pasta

Creamy Tuscan pasta is so deliciously made from sauce, heavy cream, and cheese. This is not healthy at all. But you can always have it during your cheat day. When I am on a diet, I always make sure to eat my favorite dish on cheat day, so I can be more motivated and energetic for my diet. This recipe is always on my cheat menu. Let’s find an easy way to make this Italian pasta.

Step 1:

I boil the pasta for 8-10 minutes on high heat first with a little bit of salt and oil. Save 1/2 cup of pasta water for later use. When it’s done, remove it from the boiling water and soak it in cold water.

Step 2:

Next, add some butter and garlic to the pan. Cook till it turns brown. Add heavy cream to the pan along with the pasta water. Add other spices: salt, pepper, chili flakes, and oregano.

Step 3:

Add the boiled pasta to the sauce. Add some cheese to give it a more creamy consistency. And then the Italian creamy fettuccine pasta is ready. Garnish with some parsley leaves on top.
