Ingredients:

Method:

Step 1:

First, put some oil into the pan and wait for it to become hot. Add onions and garlic; sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes to the pan along with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, and 1/2 tsp coriander powder. Cook for 5-6 minutes and transfer it into a bowl.

Step 2:

Marinate the chicken pieces with the remaining spices: salt, paprika, cumin, and coriander powder. Add 2 tsp. of butter to the pan. Fry the chicken pieces until they turn brown on each side. Transfer them to a plate.

Step 3:

Meanwhile, the masala I cooked has cooled. Now blend it to make a fine paste. Add 2 tsp. of butter to the pan. Add the paste to the pan and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes. Add the chicken pieces to the mixture. Add 1/2 cup of milk and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4:

1/2 teaspoon of sugar can be added to enhance the taste, although it’s optional. Cook for 10 more minutes. When the curry becomes thicker, that means it’s ready to serve. Transfer it into a bowl and enjoy it with polao rice, butter naan, or plain jeera rice. Delicious creamy butter chicken is ready!
