Method:

Step 1:

Let’s start by slicing off the top of the bell peppers and removing the seeds. You can use any color of bell peppers you want. On the other side, boil the rice with some water for 5-10 minutes. You can use any kind of rice—basmati, brown, or jasmine. I used basmati rice here.

Step 2:

We are going to cook the beef until it crumbles. Take some oil in the pan and add onions and garlic-ginger paste. Add the beef to the pan and cook until it becomes brown. Add salt and pepper as well. Then add the boiled rice and cook for another 2-4 minutes.

Step 3:

The next step is to bake the bell peppers in order to soften them. I baked the bell peppers in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, then removed them from the oven. The last step is to carefully add the stuffing into the bell peppers. Put some mozzarella cheese on top. Lastly, garnish with some parsley leaves. And finally, the classic stuffed bell peppers are ready.
