Step 1:

First, add butter to a hot pot and melt it. Gently add the onions, vegetables, salt, and black pepper powder. Stir it to get it sautéed. Meanwhile, wash the rice.

Step 2:

Add the rice to the pot and stir it until the rice makes a tickling sound. Add the chicken stew.
