Chinese Meatball Curry

There are a lot of ways to enjoy meatballs. That being said, this Chinese-style meatball curry recipe is quite simple to prepare and tastes fantastic. It has tangy, sweet, peppery, and sour flavors. I’ve added some carrots and green peas to this meal for extra nourishment. Just follow our guidelines.

Step 1:

First, put 1 tsp butter in the pan and let it become hot for some time. Then add the meatballs for a light fry until the meatballs become brown. Remove the meatballs from the pan.

Step 2:

Again, put 1 tsp butter in the pan. Add onions, green chilies, garlic, carrots, and green peas to sauté. After sautéing for 5-6 minutes, add tomato sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce with 1/2 cup water.

Step 3:

Add salt and pepper to the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes more. Add fried meatballs to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with some parsley leaves. Now here the easy chicken meatball dish is ready.
