Step 1:

First, take one cup of raw chickpeas and soak it in normal water overnight. This will help to peel off the skin.

Step 2:

I chopped the veggies into thin slices. Take tomato, cucumber, minced garlic, and other herbs like baby spinach and coriander. Also, add mint leaves to enhance the flavor.

Step 3:

After peeling off the skin of the raw chickpeas, add all the ingredients and spices. Add Himalayan black salt, pink salt, black pepper powder, and some extra virgin olive oil. Lastly, squeeze some lemon juice into the salad with minced lemon zest (trust me, it’s a game-changer).

Finally, here, the fresh, yummy chickpea salad is ready to serve your tummy.
