Chicken with Spinach Curry

Step 1:

First, wash the chicken pieces very well. Boil the spinach and green chilies together in hot water. After 5 minutes, remove the spinach and chilies from the water and let them cool. When they are done cooling, blend to make a paste.

Step 2:


Put some oil into the pan and add onions to sauté. When they turn brown, add the spices one by one and mix properly. Put 2 tbsp of water into the pan and add garlic and ginger paste. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat. When oil starts to come out from the masala, add spinach paste and cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 3:


Add chicken pieces into the pan and mix properly. Cook the chicken using the lid to cover. After cooking for 5 minutes on medium heat, add 2 cups of water, cover with a lid, and cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat. When a delicious aroma comes out and the curry becomes thicker, it’s ready to serve. Enjoy with bread or rice.
