Chicken Cashew Nut Salad

Chinese-style chicken cashew nut salad can satisfy your tummy with a delicious taste. It gives a nutty flavor that bursts in your mouth. Chicken cashew nut salad is a nutritious dish that combines tender pieces of chicken with crunchy cashew nuts, fresh vegetables, and a variety of sauces. It’s a fusion of Western and Asian culinary traditions, especially Chinese.

Ingredients:

Method:

Step 1:

First, prepare the salad dressing. Add all the sauces (fish sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce) together. Add black pepper and salt to taste. Lastly, squeeze 2 tbsp of lemon juice.

Step 2:

Marinate the chicken with 1 tbsp garlic-ginger paste, 2 tsp lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and corn flour for a crunchy texture. Keep the marinated chicken for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the vegetables into thin slices.

Step 3:

Deep fry the chicken pieces until they turn light brown in vegetable oil. Then, add some olive oil to another pan. Add 1 tbsp garlic-ginger paste. Add the bell peppers and onions to sauté for 5-7 minutes.

Step 4:

Now the final step of mixing. Mix the chicken with vegetables, then add the dressing, and now the delicious cashew nut salad is ready.

Lastly, add some sesame seeds for flavor and decoration.
