Chicken Broth Soup with Vegetables

Here is another healthy yet yummy soupy bowl. Chicken broth soup is made with shredded chicken, carrots, and tomatoes along with chicken broth. This soup recipe is so nutritious as it contains a large amount of vitamins, minerals, protein, and some micronutrients. Super easy to make and less time-consuming. I usually have a light dinner, so it’s a healthy meal option for me.

Step 1:

First, chop the veggies and boil the chicken pieces in hot water for 10 minutes. When the chicken pieces are boiled, shred the chicken meat with the help of a fork. Keep aside 2 cups of chicken broth.

Step 2:

Secondly, put the chicken broth into a pan. Add the chopped veggies. Cook for 10-12 minutes. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, tomato sauce, and oyster sauce. Cook for 5-6 minutes more. Now the delicious and healthy chicken broth soup with vegetables is ready.
