Carrot Pudding is a traditional sweet dessert that is famous in Indian-Bengali cuisine. It is made with carrots, nuts, ghee, or butter, etc. It tastes so yummy. I make it at home often whenever I want to eat something special and sweet. It’s so simple to make. Let’s make this an easy recipe.

Step 1:

First, peel the skin of the carrots after washing them. Boil the carrots for 10 minutes until they become tender. After that, remove the carrots from the water. Now let them cool for some time, then blend the carrots to make a smooth paste.

Step 2:

Put butter or ghee in a pan. Add the dry fruits to fry for 1 minute and then remove them from the pan. Again, add the blended carrot paste to the pan. Add sugar to the paste and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.

Step 3:

Cook until the paste becomes thicker and stickier. At the last minute, add the dry fruits and mix well with the halwa. And the Gajar ka Halwa is ready.
