Ingredients:

Method:

Step 1:

First, cut the potatoes and wash the mutton pieces thoroughly. Add mustard oil to the pan, and after a few minutes, when the oil becomes hot, put onions in the pan with ginger-garlic paste. Cook for 2 minutes.

Step 2:

Add all the spices to the onions along with 1/2 cup of water. Cook for 2-3 minutes more, being careful not to burn the onions. Now, add the mutton pieces to the masala. Cook for 5 minutes. The water will start to come out from the mutton pieces.

Step 3:

When the water is absorbed by the mutton pieces, add 2 more cups of water to the curry and add the potatoes. Now cook for 20-30 minutes on medium to low flame. When the mutton fat starts to come out, it means the mutton curry is ready.
