This breakdown is based on typical nutritional values for bacon and asparagus and may vary slightly depending on the exact brands or cuts used.

Ingredients:

Method:

Step 1:

First, take the asparagus and wrap each one with bacon. Sprinkle some pepper and salt on each side.

Now bake in the air fryer at 250°C for 20 minutes. I wanted my bacon to be crispy, which is why I left it in the air fryer for a longer time. If you don’t like crispy bacon, set the timer for only 15 minutes.
